Bali Kite Festival Bali Kite Festival is usually held on July in Padang Galak area, Sanur Beach. There are giant kites around4 metres in width and almost 10 metres in length. Be-bean (fish), Janggan (bird) and Pecukan (form like woman genital) are the common types of kite. Janggan form is a special, since it has additional tail that can reach more then 100 meters in length.
