Yesterday (Fri Mar 17), we sent the second payment which means we are now really committed.  We have also initiated the process to sell our house in Summer Hill, Sydney - which is a necessary step.  The view above is another architect impression which shows the use of stone, and the spaces around the swimming pool.  The view below shows the pond on hte patio near the pool.
