Some Existing Boutique Rentals in Bali

This is a first look at someholiday renatl properties in Bali. I have a couple from the north and a couple rom the south where property values are higher.

Villa Singa

Villa Singa, Bondalem This is a 3 bedroom villa in North Bali (Bondalem is east of Singaraja, while Lovina is west). They are not on the beach so offer free transport to the beach. They look to have bigger grounds for the garden. They have their own web which quotes in Euro and gives cheaper rates than those through the link to the left. A Google search with "villa singa bali" shows it is listed on at least 10 sites, some list is Euro, some in US$, some quote weekly rate only, some also have daily rate, some simply invite you to contact by email for a quote. I guess this indicates the amount of work required in getting comprehensively listed. The rates are around US$200 per night, and the property looks pretty good.

Villa Sunrise

Villa Sunrise This one is also a 3 bedroom villa in North East Bali. The link to the left is VRBO which lists Vacations Rentals By Ownerin many countries - we have used it for Chicago rentals. I don't think this villa has its own web-site, but it is listed on many 3rd party sites. For example take a look at some guest feedback on this one. The rates are more like US$100 per night.

Villa Comeback

Villa Comeback Here is a swish 2 bedroom villa near Seminyak in the south. It is 10 minutes walk from the beach, but this area has the advantage of being close to the restaurants and nightlife, and this makes land prices higher which is reflected through to rental prices.. It's listed on many sites and costs US$255-375 per night.

Villa Dhyan

Villa Dhyan, Ubud Here is an upmarket villa in Ubud with a larger property and larger bedrooms than we can offer. But then they are out in the countryside, while we are beachfront. They are asking US$340/night for 3 bedrooms, and like all on balivillas.com, they include staff. - driver, chef, house staff etc.
