Yesterday, October 2, saw another milestone for our plan with the signing of contracts for the title certificate of the block of land to be transferred to the name of Hendra's sister , Rajia. This involved Eddi from Bali Beach Garden Projects who was the current land-owner, Rajia the new land owner, and Hendra and myself as the ones assigned rights to use the land as if we were the owners. The process will take another week or so to finalise as Rajia papers as a resident of Bali need to be completed.
